Freytag’s triangle: Star Trek: Deep Space Nine: Millenium: Book 2 of 3

In the beginning, The U.S.S Defiant is pulled 25 years into the future, and are confronted with 2 warring factions, one trying to save the Universe, and the other trying to destroy it, at least as we know it.
The rising action, is when the crew is split up, Captain Sisko, and everyone with him are with the side trying to destroy the Universe, and Commander Worf, and all those with him are with Starfleet, who want to save the Universe!
The climax is when Starfleet is furiously trying to stop the "Pah-wraiths," the ones trying to destroy the Universe! The have an extremely difficult time, they must go back in time, and do it in another Universe.
The denouement, is when the "Pah-wraiths" succeed, and Starfleet fails, at least they appear to.
The resolution, is when the Universe is destroyed, and Captain Sisko goes to speak with the "Prophets," although, for a definite resolution, I must read the next, and final book, in the mini trilogy.
